I hope this isn't too dark. I can never be sure with these low-light pictures because everyone's display brightness is different.
The outfit that good ol' Garrett is wearing is a mix between his Dark Project outfit and the original Thief III (Not Deadly Shadows) outfit, and some original changes. The original outfit from the Thief III times was a lot cooler than the release version. (Really old screenshot ->

The most difficult part of the picture was the brick wall in the foreground. Well, I knew exactly how to make it, but it was an extremely tedious process. I also planned on adding smoke on the smokestacks but smoke is really hard to do in Paint and I didn't want to use the spray tool. It would have looked bad against the stars.
Since Garrett's right eye is made from brass and glass, I tried to make it shine in the dim background light but I couldn't get the color right. So instead of shining it looks like it's glowing. Which would make no sense since it's an eye, not a flashlight.

Right? Right.
Everything is amazing, but the nightsky(??) blew my fucking feet away!
Your stuff is awesome too!
and no, its't not too dark, it's wonderful
It's really amazing that you can handle Paint etc. so well!
