MS Paint Gimmicks - Part XIV

I suddenly remembered that I hadn't made a tutorial about the technique I use to easily add dithering to pixel art pictures. So after I made "Diffifult" [link] I decided to make one. It's not a perfect system, and it can only be used for adding one specific pattern to your image, but you can always adjust the pattern manually after the process is done.
